Wheel Holder and Small Steel Wheel Set

Our all steel, small wheel holder for 2×72 belt grinders and our set of five (5) small wheels with mounting bolts.

Our small wheel holder attaches to a 1.5″ x 1.5″ tool arm with a 1/2″-13 threaded bolt and a 3/8″-16 threaded carriage bolt and a 1/4″ spacer.  These holders are powder coated gun metal grey and match our Nexus Grinders.

The set of 6 wheels consists of: 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 7/8″ & 1″ diameter wheels that are CNC machined here in Alberta.

We recommend that you reduce your SFPM down to 1800 RPM to ensure that you don’t over spin your bearings which will cause premature bearing failure. We also recommend the use of higher quality belts when using the small wheels. We don’t warranty the bearings as they will eventually fail if used at high rates of speed, however we have lots of replacement bearings should you ever need them in the future.

Add a square steel tool arms so that you can leave them mounted for quick changes.
Add 10 replacement bearings for the rollers

This holder is not designed for fuller or hollow grinding.
