Small Steel Wheel Set
Our Nexus all steel, small steel wheel set consists of 6 wheels: 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 7/8″ & 1″ diameter wheels that are designed to run 2″ wide belts.
For our small wheels, we use steel that is CNC lathe machined in Canada.
We recommend that you reduce your Surface Feet Per Minute down to ensure that you don’t over spin your bearings, which will cause premature bearing failure. We don’t warranty the bearings as they will eventually fail if used at high rates of speed, however we have lots of replacement bearings at a very reasonable price should you ever need them in the future. We also recommend the use of higher quality belts when using the small wheels.
