Rivet – Eyelet Flaring Dies

Our #6  and #8 Journeyman Series Rivet/Eyelet flaring die set is designed to “roll” the unflared side of a 3/16 inch and 1/4″ sheath rivet (eyelet) by using a small hammer, in conjunction with our Journeyman Series die guide (sold separately). These dies are sold as a two part set (male/female). They are milled from high quality stainless steel. They have also been tumble polished to insure the correct smoothness needed for a professional rivet/eyelet finish. No other flaring dies in the industry work better than ours! CKK Dies are the industry standard, used by professionals who make thousands of sheaths.

– Please note –
#6 rivets require a .187 inch hole (3/16) drilled in the thermoplastic KYDEX® sheet or leather for fastening.
#8 rivets require a .250 inch hole (1/4) drilled in the thermoplastic KYDEX® sheet or leather for fastening.
