5 inch Aluminum Wheel Set 5/8 bore
Our Nexus Aluminum Grinder Wheels are CNC lathed and made in Canada and exclusively used on our 2×72 Nexus Grinders.
The set consists of:
Two, 2″ diameter x 2-1/4″ wide precision CNC lathe turned aluminum Idler Wheels with 3 stacked sealed 1/2″ ID bearings.
One, 3″ diameter x 2-1/4″ wide precision CNC lathe turned aluminum Tracking Wheel with 3 stacked sealed 1/2″ ID bearings. The tracking wheel is crowned on a CNC lathe to ensure accurate belt tracking.
One, 5″ diameter precision CNC lathe turned aluminum Drive Wheel. This drive wheel is also dished out on one side. The drive wheel is crowned to ensure accurate belt tracking. The face of the drive wheel is 2-1/4″ wide. The set screw (included) is 1/4-20 & 1/2″ long and is offset to assist with the installations on shorter drive shafts. Please note that the bore of this drive wheel is 5/8″ and also has a standard key way.
OPTION: Three, 1/2″ diameter axle bolts, 3 machine bushings/washers and 3 jam nuts.
