2″ Idler Wheels and 3″ Tracking Wheel with Stacked Bearings

Our Nexus Aluminum Grinder Wheels are CNC lathed and made in Canada and exclusively used on our Nexus Grinders.

Two, 2″ diameter x 2-1/4″ wide precision CNC lathe turned aluminum Idler Wheels with 3 stacked sealed 1/2″ ID bearings. The bearings fit 1/2″ axle bolts. You can only use hex bolts to mount.

One, 3″ diameter x 2-1/4″ wide precision CNC lathe turned aluminum Tracking Wheel with 3 stacked sealed 1/2″ ID bearings. The tracking wheel is crowned on a CNC lathe to ensure accurate belt tracking. The bearings fit a 1/2″ axle bolt.

Note: the 2″ and 3″ wheels all have 3 stacked bearings in each wheel
